Recruiter was friendly. I had a phone screen with hiring manager and then went on to second to last round with three others. Honestly it felt super rushed and some of the interviewers weren’t even engaged. I got the feeling that a lot of the business folks here are likely ex-Googlers who know nothing about gaming nor are accountable for its successes because they are legacy folks who collect paychecks without puting out in market a profitable offering. How are they still alive?

Asked about partnerships and what features I thought would make the game more appealing for brands
First there is a recruiter call, then an initial technical phone screen via zoom, then on site interview with two engineers who give two different coding problems, then lastly there is a culture fit interview date.
Mostly good. A few algorithmic questions covering tree, dynamic programming, greedy methods. Two technical interviews and one HR round. HR was nice to me. Interview is my mentor. Mostly good.
