Interview
They put you through 3 interviews round and that totally last like 6 hours with multiple live coding sessions and then send you a no-reply generic message that says your application was not selected, instead of reaching out to your with some valid feedback. Everyone that I’ve met and was interviewed by is Indian, where is diversity? Of course I had no chance since I’m not Indian. So my advice if you’re not Indian don’t bother and don’t apply they not going to pick you, so don’t waste your time.

Interview
- Applied and heard from recruiter after a few days. Had phone screen with recruiter and they outlined next steps in the process. The recruiter had very specific questions which focused on a very specific part of the role.
- The same day, the recruiter told me that the hiring manager was interested in speaking with me. Spoke to hiring manager a few days later. They were 6 minutes late to a 30 minute meeting — 30 minutes already is not enough to conduct an interview or get to know someone and their background. As I was talking about my experience, they interrupted me and asked me about the same thing the recruiter was drilling in on during the phone screen. Later, the hiring manager told me they value psychological safety which was interesting given that they interrupted me and were not listening to what my response to their question was.
- The hiring manager did allow me to stay on a couple of extra minutes to make up for the fact that they were late, but then seemed annoyed that I did. By the end of the interview, it was clear that they were not interested.
-It took 10 days for them to finally reject me with a cold, boilerplate email. Even though the red flags were there, I still hoped that they would be interested to move me forward and actually learn more about my experience since the initial interview was so rushed.
