Okta interview questions

Absolutely unprofessional. Recruiter missed first interview with no explanation. Made me sign an NDA going to the final round where I showed them a presentation just to be ghosted by the recruiter and never receive any feedback or formal answer. People in tech talk and this was a horrible interview experience.

There were three parts to interview process; recruiter, technical screen, and then a two part technical panel and management panel. The process was fairly quick, about two weeks from the first interview to the final interview. Overall it was a good experience, they were efficient and transparent about the process. They offered feedback along the way and the recruiter kept me informed.
