La primera fue con el recruiter Brad y la segunda con
dos chicas la Director, Global Support Operations y la Lead Developer Support Engineer.
Entre una entrevista y la otra pasaron 10 dias, una fue el 25/04 y la otra el 05/05

Question 1
Te preguntas cosas sobre vos, porque el puesto es para vos y proyectos o experiencias.
En la segunda lo mismo y te ponen en situaciones X sobre el puesto como que harias si te llegan 2 tickets al mismo tiempo, etc.
Tambien tengan en cuenta de leer sobre la empresa Okta y Auth0.

Unfortunately the recruiter ghosted me twice after scheduling an interview. She did not show up. No cancellation or response given. Worst thing is having to change your schedule while you try and interview just to get ghosted. Never again will I apply to Okta.

My experience;
-Scheduling errors,
-Automated rejection between interviews and then “sorry the rejection was an error” email.
-Not interested and a sleepy senior manager for a behavioral assessment who kept calling me by the wrong name and
-Keep chasing them for the next steps/feedback for weeks.
Rounds:
1st - 30 minutes HR call.
2nd - 30 minutes technical/Exp. discussion
3rd - 30 minutes with a senior manager for behavioral assessment (wrapped up in 13minutes)
4th - 1 hour technical interview (scheduled with the wrong team)
5th - 1 hour technical interview
6th - 30 minutes with a director for behavioral assessment.
Very unprofessional hiring process and the fun lasted for 2months. Goodluck!!
