I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Optum (Eden Prairie, MN) in Jan 2022
Interview
Rather long process as it took about 2 months. Involves an initial interview in which I recorded answers to 3 prompts, a 3 problem coding assessment, and a final interview with an Optum engineer. The initial interview asked very basic questions about my future goals, the coding assessment involved simple algorithms and a debugging question, and the final interview reviewed the coding assessment and consisted of some problem resolution questions.
