Easy interview that was pretty standard and did not have personality type tests that some companies have. Questions were around experience and walking through specific deals from start to close with details. Did go all the way back through work history but may have been VP’s interview style.

It was very fast paced and I was an internal hire. They didn't really promote the fact that they were hiring but I was informed by my previous manager and asked to interview. At the time, they were building out the org that I was hired into, so a lot of people were on the promotion path and trying out this new role.
