Oracle Account Executive interview questions

Phone calls that lasted thirty to forty-five minutes. It was like a typical interview. We talked about the position and what it entails. Also went over demographics and current work history.

The interviews were very direct and timely. The whole interview process took about 3 weeks total. There was a lot of focus on team culture and hiring for the right person, which is different from Oracle in the past. Ultimately the team was not a fit for me but I am glad they're doing their due dilligence!
