I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Rexburg, ID) in May 2016
Interview
I had two phone interviews. One with a recruiter and one with a manager at the company. The communication in between was sparse, but my recruiter would reply anytime I asked what was going on and why I didn't hear back. Eventually, after they extended the offer, it was over a month before I got the information necessary to move forward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Remote, OR) in Sep 2014
Interview
Pretty casual and laid back. Started with recruiter, then hiring manager then panel interview. The panel interview was mostly HR related questions. The technical interview was with the hiring manager.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Bedford, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I submitted online. Then an HR person spoke with me on the phone about two open positions. He felt I had a better chance to get an offer with this job role. So I was setup to speak with the hiring manager for a phone screen. They scheduled this once but had to postpone it. Then they cancelled it and just offered me a chance to interview on-site. They met with me onsite for 2 hours.
