Outback Steakhouse Server/Waitress interview questions

The interview process was very easy. Filled out application online and got a call back within a couple weeks. My interview was with an assistant manager. The questions were very typical, what was my background, do I have any experience, availability to work, etc. I was hired on the spot and given some training materials.

I came in before business hours, there was one manager that interviewed me after I took a personality test. The interview process was very strange because the questions were a little strange, but overall, it was a normal interviewing process.
