Relaxed and friendly, the manager was easy to talk to and very nice. I was asked about my work experience and life experience. I was then sent for a background check and my drug screen.

You sit down with the Manager for the station you are applying, they ask you about your work history, pay scale, availability, and transportation. They describe in greater detail their needs and the duties that you will be contributing to. Then you repeat this interview with the Proprietor.
