Interview
My initial interview was less than an hour - I took the environment test and completed next step interviews with Human Resources and the Executive Producer of the company from South Korea.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PUBG (Madison, WI)
Interview
I applied to PUBG via referral and had a set of interviews via phone with the studio head, my would-be boss, and the head of operations. All calls were pleasant and I felt that they valued me and my talents even before the interview began. The call with HR was more of a filling in required details and information and the standard "get to know you" type call. The call with my would-be boss largely was about my work history and asking targeted questions about my knowledge within the context of the work that I had done. The call with the studio head was mostly about the role and life at PUBG. The process moved rather quickly (under 2 weeks turnaround) and I had a final call with HR to discuss the actual offer details.
I don't want to post anything that might give someone an unfair advantage, but I will say this: If you're not someone who loves video games, this probably isn't the right place for you. If you can't hold a conversation about your favorite (and least favorite) games and explain what you do or don't like about them, you will likely not do well on the interview. And that's not even the technical part of the interview, so come prepared.
I applied online. I interviewed at PUBG (Saratoga Springs, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
First interview was a phone call from the QA Lead, then a culture video interview with the VP, followed by a longer technical interview with multiple QA members over video. From beginning to end, it took about 3 weeks and I received an offer a couple days after the last interview. I’ve never had a faster and more informative and enjoyable interview process in my life.
