The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PUBG (Belfast, Irlanda do Norte) in Jan 2020
Interview
Good shift in charge of them with IT companies minimise campus placement offers. General knowledge questions were answered by connecting with agent. Overall ratings reviews and respond are good. I will surely be able to get the job offers.
Really nice team that took the time to get to know you, and to explain the job and company to you as well. They communicated the process to process to me, and during the entire period of recruiting were very communicative.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PUBG (Santa Monica, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Did a standard phone screen and an over the phone interview. Was invited to do an in person interview which was about 6 rounds (6 hours). Spoke regarding timeline of selecting a candidate which was about less than a month. After 1 month, followed up with the recruiter and they were still making decisions. Followed up a few weeks later and that's when she let me know that they decided to put the position on hold as the directors wanted to restructure the position. She apologized and said I should hear back hopefully soon. Another month passed and as my last follow up she said they're still in the process and will get back to me after the holidays. They never have. Company & recruiter isn't respectful of time and disorganized.

Question 1
Why I decided to make a switch from my current company to PUBG.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We had a lot of issues handling the number of inbound applications, and have since hired a dedicated recruiting team and adopted new tools like Greenhouse to better manage the process. Although we're >1000 strong globally, we're still quite small in Santa Monica. Thanks for your patience and the time you took to share a review!
