Interview
They did a presentation on campus about the firm and the work they do. Accepted Resume and Cover Letters through university's career website. 1st round at the office was with 2 consultants, purely behavioral/get to know you. 2nd round was a few more behavioral interviews and an interactive case interview which tested your potential as a consultant with skills like conducting interviews to gather information, presentation skills, and analysis skills.
telephone interview, very friendly, quite easy to pass then assessment center, very intense, you will need to review a case and discuss the solution to deal with the problem. Everyone was very active, so really hard to stand out. it is more focused on whether you have a mind for digital transformation.

Interview
The initial call was scheduled quickly. I was told I'd have a panel interview shortly after the successful call. I emailed twice after hearing not hearing from my interviewer. Finally, he replied with a two-week time frame. I sent my availability, and never heard back after two more emails. An absolute waste of time and hope.
