I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palladium
Interview
Scheduling the interview was very quick and organized with the hiring manager, she managed to schedule four interviews for me. In the initial screening call, I was told there was a hiring freeze, but then proceeded to another round of screening a week later. This call was about a position I did not initially apply for (and was not notified about), but was still interested in, so answered a few personal questions about past experiences and my interest in the company. She recommended me for the next round of interviews.
The next two rounds of interviews were scheduled back to back on the same day. First with the project manager and next with the director. Asked situational questions during these interviews, and told I would hear back in the next few days. I emailed many follow-ups, and never heard back from anyone who interviewed me or the hiring manager. Very unmotivated to continue reaching out as they do not have the decency to notify me of the status of my candidacy for the position even over a month later.
Standard panel interview, then they hosted me for a while and rejected. I was told an internal candidate was chosen. Would be nice if they kept the communication while I was waiting for their response for almost a month.
There were 12 people on the call and it was with the camera on. It was a rapid fire with 12 questions and final few will be in another language (if job description asked for language fluency)
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Palladium (Washington, DC) in Mar 2024
Interview
A screening interview with HR, then an SHL test, then a panel interview with 3 interviewers. It was going well, but they didn't get back to me after the interview. HR stopped responding.
