Tell us about yourself. Why would you be a good fit? All further questions were related to my communications skills.
3 rounds and an online aptitude test. Recruiter phone screen, panel interview with the team, and then a phone call with the practice area VP. HR was amazingly responsive throughout the whole process. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and always made sure that my expectations were communicated to the teams that were hiring.

Pretty standard situational/behavioral questions. No curve balls.
Only made it through the first round. It was pretty standard. I guess I needed to be more convincing with my story and why I wanted to move to DC. If there's nothing else other than the job to tie me to DC, then the employer doesn't want to hire me.
