Interview
I was really excited when I came across this role and decided to ignore all the reviews on Glassdoor. I sent the initial application and then passed 4 tests, before moving onto the interview stages.
The first was a telephone interview with a representative from HR, followed by a face to face interview. I was then invited to a further round where I was asked to prepare a 5 minute presentation. At the end of the interview I was then given a date for the decision.
Following this I received an email letting me know that a phone call had been arranged with a partner for the date that I was expecting to be given the outcome. I was told not to prepare as this was an informal chat, so I didn't as I thought he would be giving me the news. I then spoke to the partner to discover that this was actually another stage, which was being introduced and he then proceeded to ask me a series of difficult questions.
After 4 interviews I was told that I wasn't successful and I was invited to request detailed feedback. I sent an email initially to arrange a call which was ignored. I then tried to call the HR representative I had been dealing with, and he ignored my call. I then followed up with a further email; 6 weeks later and I haven't even received an acknowledgment email, let alone any feedback.
Other students who had also applied from my Master's course shared similar experiences. Having undergone interviews with other global companies I can honestly say that this interview process was disproportionately long for a graduate role. If you are studying alongside your application, I suggest you think carefully about the time and energy you invest in Palladium, and I suggest Palladium should reevaluate both the efficiency its recruitment process and its treatment of potential recruits.

Interview
The HR staff was highly organized and thoughtful. They provided me with an agenda in advance and checked in to find out if I had any questions. The HR team also ensured that I met with a mix of persons who would be above and below me in the organization structure.
