Really nice process, the interviewing manager was respectful and considerate of my time difference challenge and gave me time options for both screening and second interviews. Only issue I had was they were not open about their salary range which to me provides a good negotiating basis

Question 1
How was your experience going to be productive and valuable to the Team in the new role should we give you an offer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Palladium (Washington, DC)
Interview
First a short conversation with HR. HR was very friendly and helpful. Second interview with a panel. Third, a casual conversation with hiring manager. Next was the offer. They needed 5 references at the offer stage.
telephone interview, very friendly, quite easy to pass then assessment center, very intense, you will need to review a case and discuss the solution to deal with the problem. Everyone was very active, so really hard to stand out. it is more focused on whether you have a mind for digital transformation.
