I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pearson (Boston, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Got the call from HR two weeks after applied. She barely asked me anything, just like "how is your job searching?""Are you still available". Then she told me to be onsite the next week. The onsite interview lasted 30 minutes, two managers asked me about some basic Java, SQL questions. The whole process was smooth and comfortable.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Pearson
Interview
two face-to-face interviews, feedback was slow, deceptive job description, job was put on hold after making an offer, went through all the interview stages could have told me before, made me wait months then changed offer again. be prepared to be bounced around, salaries are also low. also make sure you understand what the role requires ask lots of questions because it might not end up being what the job description states.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pearson (Bengaluru) in Aug 2013
Interview
Online test, coding round,1 round of technical interview and another round of HR...Aptitude was quite tough, coding was just moderate difficulty and the tech rd was of moderate difficulty, and HR was very friendly but they are very keen observers in the HR round and would accept people with the right attitude.
