Applied and an email offer came in. No real interview just have to pass a qualification test to be able to score. Pearson trains you for three days and afterwards you take an exam to see if you qualify to score standardised exams. The training sessions are wordy and lengthy but well thought-out.
Quick and easy. Very straightforward process. Clear communication as would expect from a company with this reputation. Everything is very organized and laid out well for easy onboarding as well.
