Not that bad, but I really don't mind interviews. Not technically demanding at all. I just had to wait a very long time to schedule an appointment , but partly that was my schedule conflicts.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pearson (Austin, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was immediately contacted after submitting my resume via email. I scheduled a Google Hangout interview for the next day. A senior engineer first asked me to walk him through my resume and previous experience. I then shared my screen to show him previous and current projects on GitHub. Finally, he asked me to live code a bit. The interviewer was very kind and patient with me throughout the process. This first interview lasted about an hour, but I did not hear back from him after that.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pearson in May 2016
