Penguin Random House interview questions

Asked open ended questions about how I have handled conflict in the past/used critical thinking skills. They also asked me what kind of media I was interested in. Totaled 3 rounds of interviews.

It was an online interview with a series of questions and you had to video yourself answering them. There was no human contact, which is understandable given the number of applicants they must get but it was still a little disconcerting.
