I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Penguin Random House (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2021
Interview
Overall, the process was a good one and completed in a timely manner. After two weeks of the application closing, I was asked to attend a video interview with two members of the publicity team for one of their divisions. They were extremely welcoming and informative. It gave all parties a chance to get to know each other and discover passions and aspirations. They were true to their word in giving me a response also which is a credit to them and their HR teams.

Interview
Applied with CV and cover letter. Was asked to prepare publicity campaigns for two books to discuss at interview. Interviewers were friendly, got a good sense of the office. Was asked to come back for a second interview, think that would have been a final one if successful.
