Interview
I applied through the company website and received a phone call from HR ~2 weeks later to set up an interview in NY where I met with the HR recruiter and two of the publicists I would be working for. A few hours after the interview I received a call from HR asking me to have a phone call the following day with the third publicist I would be working for. I interviewed on Thursday/Friday and received an email on the following Wednesday saying that I did not receive the job. Everyone I met with was really great and the experience, overall, was positive.

Interview
Video interview. Was difficult without the face to face element. I wish I had rehearsed with a camera a few lore times. The video interview was short, only 5 questions and about 2 min to answer each one. Overall the experience was ok.

Interview
After a brief phone interview with a Human Resources hiring assistant, I was schedule for an in-person interview a week later. The in-person interview included answering formal questions - typical why this company and what is your skill set questions - with the HR hiring assistant, a more casual conversation with the Marketing Director, and then further conversations with other members of the Marketing team. Overall, the interview process was low-stress and encouraged productive conversation about the position and the needs of the Marketing team.
