Interview
I applied for an internship in P&G when I was the senior in my university. It lasted for 1 hour. I took the video interview with an IT senior manager. Most of the questions were behavior-based. However, after the first interview, I had to wait for 1 month without knowing I passed or not. Then, they called me to invite to the second interview and said if I pass 2 more, they will offer a full time job as I will graduate soon

Interview
I was interviewing for their Sales (CBD) internship. There were two interviewers in the room, both of who were nice and personable. The interview itself was extremely straight-forward, not very technical but very behavioral-based. The questions mostly revolved around STAR format ("Tell me about a time when..."). There were no curve balls thrown and all the questions were pretty much to be expected.

Interview
very long process - all questions were repeated throughout the interviews which made me think, why not just get a panel and have one interview - sometimes they were late and i had planned commitments after the interview which was annoying.
On he other hand, the interviewers were not excessively aggressive as expected
