Procter & Gamble Customer Business Development interview questions

After passing the test(s), you will be proceeded to the next interview(s), usually 2-3 interviews. You can be interviewed either with 1 or 2 seniors. First interview will be conducted by any (general) senior, and later by more specific seniors (I am interviewed by CBD seniors in the last 2 interviews)

There were 2 sets of panel interviews, first with HR and then second with upper management. Both interviews were very similar. They start of with the usual tell us about yourself, and then some behavioral questions that probe on past experiences. They look for the "fit" to certain success drivers, so make sure your answers would reflect those (power of minds, power and people).
