I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was very seamless. You just have to make sure you pass the assessment first unless you would not be allowed to apply to any other position within the compnay for a year. After that you can pretty much apply to any position and if you get an interview it is virtual as first and then you might get invited to interview in person after which an offer should follow.

Tell me about a time when you created something new
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Before you can get an interview, you have to go through their online assessments, which starts with a few scenario-based questions and statements about yourself that you "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree" with. (Be advised that they give you many agree/disagree statements that are actually the same statement worded differently, and I bet they are heavily checking whether your responses to those are consistent!) Then, you have to do these math and logic questions that eventually become quite difficult. I recommend having a paper and pencil handy for the ones with the shapes and the one where you have to remember the order of dots that appear. I know of several people who were instantly rejected after taking these cognitive tests, so do them when you're focused!
In total there were three interviews, each of which were similar to the others. I think they were all one-on-one for me. The second one was with the engineering manager who I would have worked under, and the third one was with a director of engineering. They ask pretty basic questions that mostly revolve around your prior experiences and attitudes about the workplace. If you haven't had any type of engineering internship before, you might have trouble because I thought a lot of them wouldn't be easy to answer based only off of university experiences.
The interview process was straightforward. The interviewer provided a clear method on how responses should be structured. Questions asked mostly pertained to previous experiences listed on my resume. The interviewer also asked why I would like to work at the company.
