Somewhat tedious and it takes a long time. They make you take these tests that test your analytical skills and you will not get an interview if you fail them.

The company made me take basically an IQ test, which wasn't the main issue. The problem was I had two interviews after that, and after the second interview they informed me I would receive an offer, only to tell me that was a mistake and that they had mistaken my name for someone else.
