I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Feb 2009
Interview
Applied Online around October 2009, got called by an HR late November and scheduled a phone interview the first week of December, after that 15 days went by then I got an email telling me my resume was now available to hiring departments. Mid January status online changed for one of my positions and said "site visit" but 15 days passed before I got a call. the site visit was in a other city I traveled the day before but no one met up with me until next morning for the visit, everyone was very nice overall and the interview was the typical behavioral interview with the plant manager and unit manager. the I had to take the P&G test for which you can practice online. At the end of the day the plant manager gives you a recap, they told me I had done well and that I would hear from them in 1 to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks went by I emailed them to check the status but never got an answer. the next day the status changed in the career page online to "No longer being considered" so I assume this is the way they answered.
Overall very extensive process with little feedback, I was a bit disappointed with how it ended because you would at least expect a call or email to tell you you were not selected.
