An interesting process for fresh graduate student like me. I have learned a lot from this experience. P&F is surely a company for unleash leadership in you.

_ Logical + reading paper test
_ Initial interview
_ Final Interview

Interview
The interview process started with an online application. The next step was to take an online aptitude test. If you passed that they schedule a phone interview with you. During this stage they started asking several behavioral based questions and then asked me if i had any questions for them. The last stage is a face to face on site interview.

Interview
Hiring process: apply online, math quiz, 1:1 interview, panel. The whole process was very quick and from start to end every stage is communicated. The hiring process is very effective since every person that works through it is willing to tell you how you are scoring.
