I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Apply online (two tests: leadership and IQ), on-campus interview (2 on 1), day visit where they show you the workplace and a series of interviews where you also get the chance to ask questions about the work environment and need to take an IQ exam. Offer was given after the day visit for an internship. After internship, got a full-time offer (at last day).

Question 1
Very typical and straight forward questions. Difficult situation, what are your limits, etc...
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Dec 2011
Interview
It was a long interview process but was outlined on their website so no real surprises.
Wrote the skill/intelligence tests online, was invited to write one in person. Upon completion of this was invited to a social event to learn more about the company and for the 3 interviewers to gauge your social graces ;). The day after the social is a panel interview by the 3 representatives from the social. It's fairly relaxed but they are looking for specifics fitting the STAR format outlined on their website (be prepared and know your work history, the questions are not basic/simple).
Was invited to the plant for final interviews where you'll go on 10 minute tours with various people and have another 3 or 4 interviews (same sort of questions).
The day after the final interviews the company put a freeze on hiring full time to review 2012 budget thanks to current economy in Ontario. Was notified February 2012 that they were suspending all full-time hiring for 2012.
Company workplace seems professional and the people I met were great. A disappointing outcome after 3 months of back and forth and waiting. Good experience.

Question 1
Interviews were over 3 months ago, can't remember specific questions. They're generally in the form of "give us an example of a time you were faced with XXX and how you handled it" - they're looking for your personality traits!
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2011
Interview
Online cv upload, online questtionaire, psychometric test online, psychometric test in person, one to one competency ineterview but the guy did ask me some stuff going towards technical questions. Everybody was really pleasant and they got back to me pretty quick with an offer. Interview was on site as well so got to see where I would actually work.
