I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Reading, Inglaterra) in Dec 2017
Interview
The process started off with a standard application (CV, Personal details) which lead to an invitation for an online reasoning test (30 minutes) within a week or so. Afterwards, I was invited to a day visit at their offices in Reading which consisted of an hour long reasoning test, an interview with an engineer and a HR person, and a final interview with three engineers. I recieved a phone call few weeks later with an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if a colleague is taking a long time to respond to your request?
The interview took about 45 minutes in total. Mostly behavioral questions as well as some specific questions about my resume. The process was relatively painless and the interviewee was happy to be there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interviewing process was very casual. I was asked to complete a reasoning test a few minutes after my arrival. Next, I had a panel interview with two senior managers. Then, a couple informal interviews with R&D engineers. I also had the opportunity to chat with a newly hired individual who just like me had just graduated.

Question 1
They had numerous behavioral questions and most of the questions asked during the interview with the senior managers had been asked during my phone interview.
