Procter & Gamble Supply Chain Manager interview questions

it was consisting of online assessment and then 3 easy interviews , each interview was with a new or old different director and they were not vert hard interviews but the online assessment is a bit hard and very short in time

After 3 interviews over a period of a month and half, I received a rejection letter. Now, I don't mind the rejection itself, but they could've at least provided me with the rejection reason. Considering that I have passed the first 2-3 interviews.
