I applied it online and received a phone interview call from the branch manager the next day. The branch manger called me back later and would like to schedule a video interview two days after.

They asked questions related to the role and you need to be very specific to the example.
Both interviewers arrived at the scheduled time, questions were most relevant to the job itself and a bit of personal background. Overall, a very pleasant experience and the interviewers were approachable and nice.

Interview
Applied at the beginning of Sept 2021. Got a call from the recruiter 2 weeks later to schedule an interview within the same week. It was done virtually on WEBEX. for about 45min with 2 Community Managers.
Overall, the interview is very casual. They would tell you they just want to know you better if you ask them.
I was told to wait 1 week for feedback. Eventually, got a phone call, but ended up waiting 2 weeks instead because of delays apparently.

8. Behavioural questions on teamwork and client management mostly (upset client and group conflict in my case).
9. Are you flexible on location/hours?
10. Specific question(s) based on the story you tell them. (This is good, it means they are listening to you).
