Interview
I had phone interview after one week submitting my online application. After another 2 weeks I had face-to-face interview with the branch manager and one another person. The interview was great, no hard questions, mostly focused on your past work experience.

Interview
I did the interview really bad because I didn’t understand the essence of the position and what they are looking for, so not really their fault but mine. The branch manager interviewed me and he was very friendly and kind. He asked me to elaborate my past experience and I did so. Then he chose some experiences and asked for more details. However I exposed my ignorance over the position so not after long I received a letter of denial.

Interview
After finishing the online assessment, I got an email requesting to schedule a phone interview by Andrea Lindsay, Senior Recruiter of RBC. She took 4 days to get back to me. Finally, my interview was scheduled
On the scheduled date, with all of my respect, I was waiting for an hour, but she totally forgot our appointment. I emailed her again. She apologized and rescheduled my appointment. Unbelievable!!!
I understand RBC is a big bank and Senior Recruiter is very busy but this is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. That Senior Recruiter on behalf of RBC really disappointed me and lost RBC image
