RBC Client Advisor interview questions

I did an interview of RBC in Thunder Bay. The brance is located in Grandview Mall, and the manager is super nice. She asked me to do the interview first, and then ask for my future plan, how do deal with crazy clients, and what can I do if I have multi-tasks.

They technically asked 2 questions: Tell us about yourself, and what do you do when you face an upset client? the whole interview took 10 minutes. I don't know why, but they were in too much of a rush during the interview.
