I applied for a position that stated requirement was customer service skills, however online testing makes it very clear that it is Sales Skills they are looking for - half the test is based on viewing pictures to test and time your ability to capture the information and memorize the order in which you seen it, very much a ticket taking call center environment

Question 1
I classified online assessment as difficult as I was not clear on the visual questions, therefore did not do well in this area which resulted in poor test results, - I had never written this type of test before, so adding this to help other people to prepare for this
it was pretty thorough however the recruiters are very kind and considerate of prepping you accordingly and instilling confidence. It helps the anxiety melt off when someone such as the recruiter is giving you useful insight.

Interview
Took around 3 weeks. First there was a phone screen, then two interviews, and a simulation. Was not a hard process and went by quickly. Make sure to add in good examples with the questions.
