RBC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I applied online, took about 1 week, I did a phone interview. The person was nice and patient. My French wasn't good, but she waits for me to finish my words. easy behavior question

A Standard hiring process with not a lot of challenging questions. Interviewer was friendly and was interested in what I had to say which made it less stressful. Had a brief chat with the branch manager afterwards but did not go through a formal interview with him. Overall a relatively casual hiring process.
