I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
Group interview with 13 people.
3 different group activities: "introduce your group, why should we hire them?" "Sell me a random item and present it to group" "role play, banker vs. client situation"
Feels like you're presenting in school. Fun environment, interviewers were very nice.
Offered a job to me the same day

They didn't ask any one on one questions, all group activities.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied to the collection department. It is a long process mostly when we are applying from within the bank. I met 2 recruiters but I was not given a detailed explanation of why I was not hired.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Kitchener, ON)
Interview
Started with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes- asked basic questions about my employment background and skills. Was told I would get a call back within 7-10 days. After nearly 3 weeks I called to follow up with them.
Then I got an in person interview with 2 managers. Interview was sales based. Nothing too difficult. She said she would email later that same day so I had her contact information - she didn't. She told me I would hear from her by the end of the week - no call. I followed up mid week the following week and was given another date she would call me by - again, not call.
If they can't follow through with a phone call commitment how will they follow though on development and work requirements??
