I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Waterloo, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
RBC had a campus hiring event at my university, so I sent my resume directly to hr, then I was informed that I had a group interview with other 8 (approx.) candidates after 3 weeks. The interview took about an hour and a half. Four rounds in total, and most of the activities needed to work with another candidate. One round was to sell a product, which was chosen in bunch of some random things to the hiring crew.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RBC (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2011
Interview
Started with a phone screen, which was followed by an in-person interview. I was hired shortly thereafter, however, my experience with the same company probably helped speed up the background check and other verification processes. Overall, the interview process was quite standard, something to expect for an entry level position.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
It was pretty easy. First had to answer questions about the type of person I am and then I had to answer questions about my qualifications. Not as intimidating as other interviews I've experienced
