Fairly fast process, I applied, Phone screen on the about a week later, where they asked me a couple of behavioral questions along with my past experiences, I was asked to participate in a group interview for the second round with about 6 other people. Gave us a run down of the job and all its aspects, then we all introduced ourselves, what was unique about us, and why RBC. We then moved into breakout sessions where we roleplayed a client vs customer situation where the customer was irate. They offered me the job 2 days after the interview.

The interview process was straightforward. First interview was with a recruiter (who forgot to get back to me for quite some time, but then replied), second one was with the manager of the branch.
