I first submitted a resume, details about my education, and completed a skills test and personality test. Then I did an online video interview and an in-person interview at an RBC branch.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name one time when you went above and beyond a superior's expectations.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC in Feb 2019
Interview
After applying online, you'll get an invitation to complete an online assessment. If you get through this step you'll be emailed about an online interview where you will be asked to record yourself answering a series of questions. Your responses will be timed and you'll only have a small amount of time to prepare your answers. If they advance you to the next and final stage, you'll be invited to an in person panel interview.
You'll be place in groups and asked to completed a few different tasks while the panel observes you.
