Interview
Applicants had to write and essay/ submit a resume, were called for a phone screening and from there set up a time for a video call. After the video call, applicants are informed which of their 3 choices of cities where they can complete the program they have been selected to proceed for, and there was a panel/ group interview held with all the applicants for a region. It's a position for new grads so questions are non- specific and slightly focused on evaluating customer service skills/ experience.

Interview
I went through 2 interviews. One was online via video conferencing and the second was a group interview where there were roughly 30 interviewees invited. The teleconferencing interview was behavioural and the group interview consisted of 3 exercises, where we had to partner up and sell our partner as an employee, form a larger group and sell a random item, and a third exercise which I don't recall.
