Interview
I applied for a coop position; got the invitation to the interview two weeks later; I appreciated the opportunity but the job location was very inconvenient for me. I don't understand how I was matched to that location and I could not relocate for the summer job for personal reason. I felt that the recruiter for RBC could be more considerate, especially given my previous interaction with other recruiters from another bank.
As for the job interview, a lot of behavioural questions, which I was not very good at, were asked for a technical position - that caught me off guard; but the questions were very reasonable and hiring manager was nice.

Interview
Had a phone interview with a recruiter and developer from the relevant team. Phone interview involved cultural and personal questions, as well as several technical questions.
Entire phone interview was a very comfortable experience, good pace and felt more like a friendly conversation than professional interview!
