I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2015
Interview
2 on 1 interview style with the manager and lead technical analyst. The process was fairly straight forward for a Co-op position at RBC. It consisted of a group interview about the role and the responsibilities. For a Co-op it was mainly focused on the soft skills and less on the technical aspects but that can vary depending on the role and team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly behavioral questions but it all depends on the role. Some roles require more technical knowledge and some don't.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied online for a new grad position. I applied on Feb 2nd, got a interview request 3 days later to setup an interview a week later. Got an offer a few days after the interview. The interview process was just 1 phone call for me, although I did hear of someone who went through two rounds of interviews.

Question 1
The interview was with the Engineering Manager of the team I would be working on. It was pretty laid back, and was more of a conversation rather than an interview. They asked me some behavioral questions and went through my resume. Explained the role and the company in depth.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
Formal interview, not many tech questions. The interview wasn't really an interview, rather just a normal talk between individuals. The interview was in the office that I would working in, really straight-forward process. It was conducted by two individuals.
