RSM Assurance Associate interview questions

I only had one phone interview with the talent acquisition specialist and then one in person interview in the Springfield Illinois office with a partner and a few of the managers. Everyone was friendly and very helpful with answering any questions I had.

I applied through campus and talked to several professionals at "Meet the Firms." First interview in on-campus and second interview was on-site. Both interviews includes talking about your resumes and conversational. Make sure to have many questions ready for your interviewer. Overall, the process was extremely positive! :) You can really tell that RSM has a great culture.
