I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RSM
Interview
I participated in a career fair where I met many RSM employees. After building rapport they gave me an interview onsite later on in the day. The interview lasted 30 minutes and it ended up being more of conversation. I received an offer from RSM the next day. One thing I noticed was that they were seeking people who "fit" their culture.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RSM (New York, NY) in Jul 2016
Interview
First, I spoke with a corporate recruiter for a half hour by phone. In the next few days, they scheduled an informal meeting with a senior manager. A few days after that I interviewed with a partner and HR. It was a very relaxed and conversational interview with all parties involved.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied through campus career site. Got a call for first round interview on campus. It was 30 min long with a senior level manager. She was very friendly, welcoming and had lots of information to share about her role and what I should be looking forwards to. It felt more of a get to know each other meeting rather than your typical behavioral filled traps interview process. They are looking for someone who can communicate well, and show enthusiasm and ability to work well with others. Same thing for the second round of interview in the office.
