Recruit Holdings, Co., Ltd. interview questions

In general, there are three rounds of the interview. First round is CV screen. Second round is by the Team Leader and third round is by Manager. The second round is the hardest round as you may be asked about 10 questions about yourself and your behaviours in a supposed situtation so that they can test your characteristics. The final round is more like a confirmation process before they hire you.

Interview Process : RGF Select India has very easy group panel interview happened. It was not technical.Later they conducted skype/Face-2-Face round of interview with the director.Afterwards they discuss salary offer.
