Refinery29 interview questions

A week after I applied for the position, someone reached out to schedule an interview with me. A few days later, I did a phone screening with an HR rep and was then scheduled for an interview with the creator of the series. It was initially supposed to be an on site interview but, a day before it was turned into a phone interview. After the phone interview, I followed up with the interviewer and HR. I received no response from either; no even an automated rejection... just nothing.
