Had a briefing meeting with potential teammate followed by presentation with hiring manager, the potential teammate and one other person. The presentation briefing did not cover what was expected. It was surprising to be challenged in the presentation on topics that were not reviewed during the briefing.
The scheduled phone interview was set, but half an hour passed without HR showing up. When we rescheduled and conducted the phone interview later, she seemed not sorry and indifferent, and the interview felt more like for her KPI, not to recruit people.
