Was an internal referral from a current executive as well as several current employees. Had a great initial call with the recruiter. Writing samples were asked for and provided. A week went by. Nothing. I reached out to the recruiter who said folks were traveling and I'd hear something the following week. Nothing. Reached out again. Crickets. Ghosted by a seasoned recruiter at a company that puts emphasis on its company culture. Horrible, unprofessional experience. The recruiter should be ashamed of herself.

The standard questions were asked and writing samples were provided.
Interview consists of 3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 Managerial, didn't got the response yet.
I cleared both technical round with good feedback whereas Managerial round was full of negative experience. When I denied to negotiate on CTC manager took a way to pull me down by asking all unnecessary questions that were not even requried for the job role and mentioned requirements. But I didn't lose by cool but he went way rude and unprofessional giving all negative replies moreover no patience to listen to my complete reply for his asked questions. I may have negotiated on CTC if have asked on proper way rather than just pulling down candidate confident. He asked I have "huge area of improvement" if that is the truth how come I cleared 2 tech rounds. Please check with your technical rounds panel and don't waste time of candidates.

Initial Screening, Interview with the team - Scenario-based questions and tasks will be given. Finally an interview with the team. It was very quick. The Interview team is eager to complete the process.
